European prize for Religion Writing in the Secular Press
TEMPLETON AWARD FOR RELIGIOUS WRITING
From 1994 to 2006, the Office of Communications of the Conference of European Churches (CEC), in conjunction with the John Templeton Foundation, administered the "John Templeton European Religion Writer of the Year Award". The aim of the award has been to honour journalists who write about religion in the secular press with accuracy, impartiality and with an ecumenical spirit.
The "John Templeton European Religion Writer of the Year Award" has been presented to the following journalists:
